I saw something similar with just a fancy button on the top part of the badge holder. I thought this would be cute, but I need to tweak the pattern to allow a reinforced area on the bottom for the grommets. I also think I need to iron and sew the side seams before I sew it together to give it a nicer, flatter appearance. I'm a self taught sewer....any advice on things I could do differently/easier would be much appreciated. My hope is to end up with something that I can change out the button and dangles for the holidays etc. I put the button piece on with sticky back velco due to being in the hospital. Orginally I was going to use magnets and decided against it.
