Getting back in the swing of things :)

I've been working my new full time day job since April and am finally getting into the swing of things enough to get this blog back up and running. I promise I've had time to play in my scrap room. I've just been lazy. I take pics with my cell and it's easier to post them to facebook than signing into my blog. Hmmmm....need to see if there's an app to do it. Anyways....I'm just going to post a bunch of the stuff I've worked on. Maybe I will try to post descriptions later.

Birthday cards using Digi Stamps from Mo's Digital Pencil Shop

I am in love with Digi stamps. It's so nice to be able to re-size them and not have any messy stamp clean up. I read that if you heat the image for a couple minutes it heat sets it so it won't bleed. Worked like a charm. I got my images from Mo's Digital Pencil Shop.

Hope you like them. I really need to invest in more copics. They are amazing to use and are so easy to blend.

Birthday Card Organizer, Pocketbook notebook, and card set 3-3-10

I just did this new card organizer book with one of the House Mouse stamps I colored last night. I love how it turned out. I think I may have to look for that stamp! Super cute. But, aren't all the HM stamps !!! I did the little book and card recently also and thought they all looked cute together. May have to send it to a special someone in my life ;0)

Crafting with Nana Banana Oct Nov 2009

I went home for about a week and a half to be with my parents for some medical stuff they have going on. All I can say is ... enjoy every day you have with your loved ones and live every day like it is your last !!!! I am very blessed to have great parents that are my best friends too. I am thankful that I was able to take the time off from work to go an be with them. We had a lot of drs appointments but were able to squeeze in some work and fun too.

I'm excited that they are working on my mom's craft room so they can spend hours of fun in there together. Can't wait to see the pics of the room when it is done. Mom and I spent lots of time crafting and of course shopping at her insanely wonderful PA scrap stores !!!! I'm sooooooooo jealous! I'm soooooo broke from shopping =0)

Baby Card #1 8-2-09

This was a lot of fun to make. I just got these embossing folders when I was in PA visiting my parents. So pretty. I am in love with my nestabilities too! I only have the circles and scallop circles right now. Christmas isn't that far away.

7-12-09 Another Card and Corner Bookmark

I'm on a roll today! Woo Hoo. Gonna have to take a break and watch True Blood soon but I have a feeling it is going to be a long night =0) My mojo is flowing good today!
Here is another card I came up with trying to use up some of my scraps. I may add some stuff to the inside. Not sure yet. The other is a little fairy stamp I got in a stamped image swap on a corner bookmark. The corner book marks are so much fun to make and fun to use.

Corner Bookmark Cards 7-11-09

I just made these corner bookmark cards to put on etsy. Hope people like them. I'm still wondering if I should add a little stamp or something to put on the card to use it again once the bookmark is pulled off. Will have to email my scrap friends and see what they think.
